"THE WORD OF TRUTH
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth. It shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
---------
He that heareth my Word, and believeth on Him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which liveth and abideth forever. As newborn babies, desire the sincere milk of the Word, that ye may grow thereby. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom - teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
---------
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein. For then thou shalt make thy way prosperous and then thou shalt have good success. Receive, I pray, the law from His mouth, and lay up His words in thine heart. Whoso keepeth His Word, in Him verily is the love of God perfected. Whereby we know that we are in Him.
---------
Be ye doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth. For the Word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart. Thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk to them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
--------
Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. If ye continue in my Word, then ye are my disciples indeed. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away."
